Chuck Bills – Team Leader
Helping more than 400+ customers in Sun Village the last few years, there is proof to back up that Chuck is a “neighborhood specialist”. A Sun Village resident and Sun Village property owner, he is in and around the village daily.. he knows this place! Chuck is involved in Sun Village, helping out and sponsoring events, movies, golf tournaments and more.
Chuck has been a full-time Realtor for 31+ years, has vast experience in marketing and getting homes SOLD. With referrals being the heart of the team business, he has made just shy of 2000 of satisfied clients.

Chuck loves the technology and is the Marketing man behind the Team. His real estate experience is vast, having sold development properties, building lots, represented spec and custom builders, multi-family, condos and of course his mainstay is residential. Chuck has built his own custom homes, and even spec built too! Chuck holds his real estate Brokers license in Arizona, and used to in Washington State ( Chuck’s son Nate is a broker and handles his business there). In 2016 RE/MAX honored chuck with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.
Happily married for over 40 years, Chuck and his wife Wendy moved to the valley of the sun in 2012. They enjoy the warm weather, but miss their 2 adult sons and 8 grandkids!
Jeff Swarens – Lead Realtor
Jeff’s love of real estate and relationships stand out. “I love to find my clients their home, not sell them a house”. Jeff works 7 days a week, but not necessarily 8 hours everyday. He is available from 7 am to 10p, by phone call, text or email! As a former business owner in the past, he understands the importance of his clients. That being said, you would understand why his real estate career has produced so much of his business by referral.
Working with the Sun Village Real Estate team, and selling so many properties in Grand, he has a connection to the Surprise 55+ communities. 100’s of sales over the past 8 years, Jeff has the experience to handle all kinds of situations.
Jeff has lived in the Valley for over 25yrs. He and his wife Dene love to travel and find a great meal somewhere new.
Janice Tatosian – Realtor/ Transaction Coordinator
Janice spent the last 24 years in real estate,” it’s always been a passion of mine to help others”. Being a transaction coordinator gives her the opportunity to help clients manage through the the vast paper work, and important coordination so often needed in a real estate transaction. Her vast experience through a variety of real estate transactions and background knowledge helps her to exceed as a licensed transaction coordinator.
